Includes up to 2 hours of video coverage, event entry and walkthrough, atmosphere and details, candid moments, guest interactions, key activities, performance footage when requested and approved, 1 recorded interview, 1 edited highlight video and digital delivery.

Expanded coverage with dedicated storytelling interviews. Includes up to 3 hours of video coverage, everything in Essential, 1 Artist or Featured Participant interview (the featured individual, creative work and perspective), 1 Organizer or Host interview (the event, purpose and vision), 1 edited highlight video and digital delivery.

A fuller event storytelling experience with expanded interview coverage. Photography during the scheduled coverage period: about 30 edited photographs, candid moments, group and posed photos when appropriate, event details and atmosphere, digital delivery.

Booking Terms, Plainly Put
Retainer: a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the scheduled event date.
Delivery: standard edited content is delivered digitally within 7 to 14 business days following the event.
Travel: events outside the standard service area may require an additional travel fee.
Raw footage: not included in standard Culture Capture™ packages.
Special requests: coverage outside the standard collection may require a custom quote.
Live Coverage Policy
Livestreaming is not automatically included with a booked package. For paid or private events, livestreaming may be requested or approved by the client before the event. Approved livestream coverage may include entry, walkthroughs, setup, public-facing activities, performances and other agreed-upon portions. Interviews are recorded separately and are never livestreamed.
What Culture Capture™ Is Built For
Culture Capture™ is designed for small events and intimate occasions. Not included in standard packages: multi-camera production, second-camera operators, drone footage, large-scale production, full-length event films, complex standalone audio production, same-day edited films and raw footage. Specialized requests may be considered separately and may require a custom quote.
