For event organizers, hosts and venues.
PBEntTV may attend events as an independent media representative of Patchez Black Entertainment, LLC. This page sets out who PBEntTV is at your door, what a credential means and how access is best arranged.
The Media Credential
A company-issued media credential identifies the authorized media representative and provides relevant business contact information. It may include the PBEnt or PBEntTV badge, company ID, media contact, website information and a designated media title or role.
Important: a media credential identifies PBEntTV as a media representative. It does not independently guarantee event admission or restricted-area access. Access remains subject to the authorization of the event organizer, venue or authorized event personnel.
The Access Standard
IDENTIFY → CONFIRM → CREDENTIAL → CAPTURE
Identify the media representative. Confirm access with the organizer or venue. Issue the credential. Capture the culture. Whenever possible, access arrangements are confirmed before the event.

For Booked Culture Capture™ Coverage
When coverage is booked, the client or organizer should identify PBEntTV as the contracted media representative whenever venue or event authorization is required. Share the contact for your venue or security lead so arrival is seamless.
For Independent Coverage
When PBEntTV attends an event on its own editorial initiative, no booking is made and no fee is owed. Organizers who welcome independent coverage are invited to confirm access and share media contacts ahead of time. See the work in the Culture Capture Collective.
